Resources for right now, and for the longer road
A note on what Psylume is
Psylume is an educational and community-based organisation, run by young people. We are not a clinical service and our resources are not a substitute for diagnosis, therapy, or professional mental health care. If you're struggling, please reach out to a licensed professional or a trusted adult alongside anything you find here.
If this is an emergency
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or having thoughts of suicide, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. You deserve support that can respond in real time — Psylume's resources are not built for crisis response.
Self-help resources
Worksheets, guided exercises, and reading lists to work through at your own pace.
Wellness routines
Simple daily practices for sleep, movement, and emotional check-ins.

Protect your sleep window — consistency matters more than total hours.
Name what you're feeling to one other person — naming it loosens its grip.
Break big tasks into small ones — momentum matters more than motivation.
No. We're an educational and peer community — a good complement to professional care, not a substitute for it. If you need clinical support, please see the professional resources below.
Yes, everything in the Mental Health Hub and our events are free to access. Donations help us keep it that way.
Psylume is entirely youth-led and volunteer-run, guided by an advisory group that reviews the accuracy of our resources.
